Job summary

Tential Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the Workplace Engineering team to resolve incidents, enhancements, and catalog item requests. You will collaborate with internal clients and developers, maintaining QA tests and automations.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to design custom workflows for IT/IS, HR, Facilities, and Legal teams. You will help maintain and upgrade the ServiceNow platform in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing in ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem, CMDB, Knowledge, ATF
• Ability to design and implement workflows and configurations
• Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, REST API

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, prioritizes, triages and resolves ServiceNow tickets and requests
• Designs and develops Service Catalog Items and platform enhancements
• Leads agile sprint tasks to support release cycles
• Creates and executes QA test plans for development work and upgrades
• Maintains ATF to support system updates and tests
• Provides technical support and training for ServiceNow users
• Builds training materials and support guidelines
• Identifies and improves deficiencies with ServiceNow developers
