Job summary

RTX is seeking a ServiceNow Demand Intake and Project Manager to lead evaluation, prioritization, and ongoing management of ServiceNow requests. You will drive alignment with strategy, log and route demand, and shepherd projects through full lifecycles.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, clear communication, and timely delivery across IT and business teams, with up to 5% travel. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, project management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in project or demand management; or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Minimum 3 years ServiceNow experience and direct implementation/upgrade work.
• Familiarity with SAFe lifecycle and working with tech teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand intake and track requests for ServiceNow projects.
• Plan, schedule, and manage ServiceNow projects aligned with org goals.
• Facilitate meetings, capture minutes, and monitor action items.
• Maintain project docs and report milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Communicate with business Process Owners, stakeholders and product owners.
