Job summary

RTX is seeking a ServiceNow Demand Intake and Project Manager to lead end-to-end evaluation, prioritization, and management of ServiceNow requests. You will ensure demand aligns with strategy and manage projects through their full lifecycle, coordinating with developers, architects, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes organized, analytical skills and effective communication to balance demand management and project coordination. Travel up to 5% is required.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree in business/PM or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' PM or demand management experience; IT or similar field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years ServiceNow experience and direct SN implementations/upgrades.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB).
• Understanding SAFe methodology and project lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for ServiceNow demand intake and track incoming requests.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing ServiceNow projects and ensuring alignment with goals.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions.
