KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, ServiceNow to join the Advisory consulting practice in Los Angeles. You will guide ServiceNow implementations, lead workshops, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver ITSM/ITOM/IRM solutions with high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Required with at least 3 years managing enterprise systems and ServiceNow experience; CSA certification and CIS certifications preferred. Travel may be required; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience managing large, enterprise systems.
• Experience managing ServiceNow platform with ITSM/ITOM/IRM focus.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years equivalent work exp; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of ServiceNow engagements across ITSM, ITOM or IRM.
• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based workstreams.
• Evaluate platform performance and propose resolutions; develop standards.
