Job summary

The candidate will evaluate platform performance, enforce development standards, and present project progress to stakeholders while upholding KPMG’s professional environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience managing large enterprise systems in complex orgs.
• ServiceNow platform experience focusing on ITSM, ITOM, IRM.
• One full ServiceNow implementation completed; CSA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM or IRM.
• Lead client workshops to present leading practices and translate needs into requirements.
• Lead on-shore/off-shore teams to deliver agile-based workstreams.
