Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow to join the Advisory practice in the United States. You will guide ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM and IRM, lead workshops, and manage delivery teams to translate client needs into technical solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow, strong collaboration, and the ability to work in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams across IT and business units.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience managing large enterprise systems, including ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of engagement workstreams across ITSM, ITOM or IRM
• Lead workshops to present leading practices and translate client needs into requirements
• Direct on-site and offshore teams to deliver agile-based outputs
• Evaluate platform performance and propose resolutions to issues
• Develop and review ServiceNow content to meet development standards
• Prepare progress reports and guide decision-making for stakeholders
