Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience with ServiceNow
• Certified ServiceNow CSA
• Minimum CIS certification (1+)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales to successful delivery including scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register, and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business processes and technical problems.
