Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead to drive engagements from post-sales through successful delivery in client environments. You will manage project scope, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication, while guiding a cross-functional implementation team of consultants and engineers.

Role requires ServiceNow certifications, strong project management experience, and a background in enterprise software or consulting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow.
• Completed Certification - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Minimum of 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Project.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management/Delivery or certification in project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client facing and internal deliverables including project plan and risk registers.
• Identify opportunities for additional client value and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive improvements to implementation methodology and service offerings.
