Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow delivery leader to drive engagements from post‑sales to successful delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and client outcomes are achieved. The role requires expert knowledge of ServiceNow, Enterprise Software deployments, and strong PM/Delivery skills.

You will manage project teams, prepare client-facing deliverables, and identify value opportunities while collaborating with ServiceNow account teams to improve methodologies and offerings. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow.
• Completed Certification - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Minimum of 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification; PMP or CSM is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery
• Lead and manage the implementation project team
• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
• Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software solutions in client environments
