Job summary

KLA is seeking a Product Operations & Delivery Lead for its ServiceNow Platform team in a hybrid role based at our Midwest HQ in Ann Arbor, MI. You will drive delivery operations, governance, and stakeholder engagement to maximize platform value across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and automation.

The role focuses on coordinating delivery, prioritizing enhancements, and enabling product and process enablement with a data-driven approach to improve platform maturity and adoption within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related work experience.
• Master's Degree with 6+ years of related work experience.
• Doctorate with 3+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery activities across ServiceNow development, administration, and CMDB teams.
• Track dependencies, risks, blockers, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate platform strategy, delivery status, and operational metrics.
• Help establish governance across ServiceNow products and capabilities.
• Promote adoption of standardized workflows and platform capabilities.
