Qualifications

• Three+ years in Agile Product Management or Scrum in software development.
• ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of SDLC, CMDB and ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Platform administration and development with globally distributed teams.
• Facilitate Agile processes: daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, demos.
• Prioritize platform deliverables based on business goals and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage platform backlog and roadmap.
• Monitor progress, report on team responsibilities, and mitigate risks.
• Oversee platform compliance upgrades and knowledge materials.
