Job summary

The candidate will collaborate with the Platform Owner, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely platform work while promoting continuous improvement and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Agile Product Management and/or Scrum Manager experience in software development.
• ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multi-priority management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Platform administration and development for globally distributed contributors.
• Coordinate agile workflow: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
• Prioritize platform deliverables based on business goals and stakeholder input.
• Manage platform backlog and technical debt alongside product roadmaps.
• Monitor progress and report on team tasks, queues, and stories.
• Identify risks, mitigate blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee platform upgrades and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain user-facing knowledge materials and enable platform adoption.
