Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Service Now Platform Operations to lead a team of platform managers and engineers, delivering capabilities, integrations, and enhancements for the enterprise ServiceNow platform. The role owns day-to-day platform roadmap execution and drives adoption across engineering, operations, and business teams.

This hybrid position requires 3 in-person days at core locations including Salisbury, NC, with remote days, and requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in platform, product, or technical management roles, with ServiceNow leadership preferred.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, and technical enhancements in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform reliability, workflow design, automation, and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity, resolve issues hands-on, and drive clear execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled in backlog management, agile delivery, problem-solving, and translating requirements into actionable technical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into actionable platform roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and coach a team of platform managers and engineers through design and delivery.
• Drive platform capabilities, integrations, and workflow enhancements.
• Oversee platform health, uptime, performance, and technical debt.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to capture requirements.
• Improve operator and user experience by simplifying workflows and ensuring scalability.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and governance, ensuring security and lifecycle best practices.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes, iterate based on data and feedback.
• Support critical incidents and urgent escalations when needed.
• Collaborate with vendors/partners and communicate progress to senior leaders.
