Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Manager of ServiceNow Platform to prioritize day-to-day platform work, coordinate roadmaps, govern delivery, and track business value across the ServiceNow platform. Reporting to the VP of Business Technology, you will translate strategy into priorities, ensure readiness, and drive visible, sequenced commitments.

You will lead a team of 4–6 developers/administrators and partner with architecture, security, finance, PMO, and vendors to deliver measurable platform outcomes

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise systems, platform management, ServiceNow, or related delivery roles.
• Experience leading technical and product-aligned teams, coaching members and clarifying ownership.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate platform topics into updates and recommendations.
• Experience partnering with platform owners, architecture, security, operations, finance, PMO, and vendors without owning partner teams.
• Hands-on leadership with ServiceNow modules, governance, integrations, and release management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define practical standards for intake, prioritization, and roadmap management for ServiceNow.
• Run governance routines and ensure visibility into decisions, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the ServiceNow team with clear accountability for direction and outcomes.
• Coordinate with development to align commitments with architecture readiness, release timing, and support readiness.
• Own statements of work with vendors and use metrics to inform prioritization and resourcing.
