Job summary

Flexential in the United States is seeking a senior Delivery Manager to define intake, prioritization, roadmap and architecture review for ServiceNow initiatives. You will lead a team of 4-6 engineers, coach them to deliver with accountability, and balance speed with platform health and business value.

You will align vendor commitments, own statements of work, and use metrics for prioritization and escalations, ensuring release readiness and clear decisions.
