Job summary

KLA is seeking a Product Operations & Delivery Lead for its ServiceNow Platform team. The role focuses on improving operational effectiveness, delivery execution, stakeholder engagement, and governance across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and automation.

You will bridge platform development, business owners, and process owners to align priorities and investments. As a hybrid, 3-days-on-site role at the Midwest HQ in Ann Arbor, MI, you will help drive adoption, measure outcomes, and strengthen stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years.
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years.
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-impact work that advances business priorities across the area of expertise.
Serve as the primary operational liaison between platform development teams and stakeholders.
Prioritize, coordinate, and track enhancement requests and platform investments.
Drive adoption and business value across ServiceNow investments (ITSM, CSM, CMDB, reporting).
Coordinate delivery activities, roadmap planning, and release readiness.
Track dependencies, risks, blockers, and cross-functional initiatives.
Develop stakeholder-facing dashboards and reports; communicate platform value.
