Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow to join our Advisory practice. This role leads planning, workshops and agile delivery across ITSM, ITOM or IRM while guiding cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

A CSA and CIS certifications are preferred, with travel as needed and full work authorization in the U.S. The successful candidate will implement ServiceNow solutions, apply best practices, and present progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and KPMG's

Qualifications

Minimum three years of recent experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex environments.
Completion of at least one full ServiceNow implementation with CSA and at least one CIS certification preferred.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of engagement workstreams across ITSM, ITOM or IRM.
Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based deliverables.
Evaluate ServiceNow performance and debug issues; recommend resolution.
Develop and enforce ServiceNow development standards; review content from extended teams.
