Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow in its Advisory Consulting practice in Boston. The role focuses on guiding planning and execution of ServiceNow engagements across ITSM, ITOM and IRM, leading workshops and validating requirements with clients.

You will manage agile delivery with on-shore/off-shore teams and ensure high standards in development and reporting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years managing ServiceNow in enterprise settings, holds CSA certification, and can work without visa

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing ServiceNow in ITSM/ITOM/IRM for enterprise-scale environments.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of equivalent work experience.
• CSA certification and at least one CIS control (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead planning and execution of ServiceNow engagements across ITSM, ITOM or IRM.
• Lead client workshops to translate complex needs into functional/technical requirements.
• Coordinate on-shore/off-shore teams for agile-based deliverables.
• Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance and propose resolutions.
• Review development content to ensure adherence to standards.
• Present reports on project progress to stakeholders and advise on decisions.
• Uphold integrity and deliver a respectful work environment.
