Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with strong ServiceNow CMDB experience.
• Hands-on CMDB configuration, discovery, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, and data transformation for CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow CMDB architecture, governance, data quality, and hands-on development.
• Define CMDB standards, service mappings, ownership, and ongoing improvements.
• Assess partner work and design a roadmap for CMDB enhancements.
• Execute CMDB configuration, discovery tuning, integrations, and data quality improvements.
• Collaborate with service owners and technical teams and report CMDB health to leadership.
• Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders and drive reliability.
