Job summary
US staffing Inc is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB specialist in the United States (Philadelphia area) to lead CMDB reliability and governance. You will own CMDB data quality, CI relationships, and Discovery configurations, partnering with IT teams on integrations and asset management initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise, knowledge of CSDM, and capability to troubleshoot Discovery issues while applying best practices for platform administration and data
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
- Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow Asset Management (HAM/SAM experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) concepts and implementation.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow Discovery.
- Experience with CMDB data governance, CI relationships, reconciliation, and data quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot Discovery issues and maintain accurate CMDB data.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and platform administration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
