• Bachelor of Science degree.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• ITIL certification.
• ATF proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts.
• Translate business process needs into technical requirements.
• Provide technical knowledge to stakeholders evaluating process and platform options.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Document functional and technical requirements, process flows, data, forms, integrations, security and access requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Build, maintain, execute, and troubleshoot automated tests using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Maintain the automated regression suite as the platform changes across releases.
• Develop test plans, test scripts, and related documentation based on finalized requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, process-flow, and data testing mapped to approved requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support user acceptance testing with business user population and document results.
