Job summary

AgreeYa Solutions in Texas is seeking a ServiceNow ATF Developer to design, build, and maintain automated regression and functional tests using ATF across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM and related modules in a regulated banking environment.

You will collaborate with platform owners, developers, product/process owners, and risk/compliance teams to embed test automation into the SDLC and release management, ensuring high-quality deployments with auditability and traceability.

Qualifications

3–7+ years of ServiceNow experience with hands-on ATF and platform testing/QA automation.
Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes, especially Knowledge, Change Enablement and Service Lifecycle.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow configuration concepts: forms, flows/workflows, ACLs, business rules, client scripts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ATF test suites for ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITAM/VR, CMDB/CSDM and related modules.
Create reusable ATF assets: test steps, shared data, setup/teardown patterns, and modular designs for scalability.
Build automated regression packs for platform upgrades, monthly releases, and high-risk changes.
Implement reliable test data fixtures and protect tests from environment/test-data drift.
Audit and validate test outcomes, including routing, SLAs, change enablement workflows, and knowledge workflows.
Collaborate with process owners to translate requirements into acceptance criteria and test cases.
Integrate ATF execution into release pipelines and support evidence collection and traceability.
