Job summary

Bravium Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Test Engineer to validate quality, functionality, and reliability of ServiceNow apps across the development lifecycle for federal government clients.

The role collaborates with developers, business analysts, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into test scenarios, uncover defects, and ensure production readiness. Strong hands-on ServiceNow testing and ATF experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, tests, and scenarios from requirements.
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing on ServiceNow.
• Validate configurations across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, WSD, Employee Center Pro, SPM, IRM, SecOps.
• Develop and maintain ATF test cases; ensure traceability to requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with dev teams to resolve.
• Support UAT by coordinating scripts and validating results.
• Test workflows, Flow Designer, approvals, notifications, and catalog functions.
• Validate integrations, APIs, and data imports; perform regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and execute test scripts and test data based on user stories.
• Lead functional and end-to-end testing across ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain automated test cases using ATF.
• Manage defects from detection to resolution with developers.
• Support UAT, coordinate tests, and document outcomes for release readiness.
• Validate workflows, catalog items, and platform configurations.
