Jobgether SRL partners with a federal agency to hire a ServiceNow Business Analyst & Quality Engineer in the United States. The role blends business analysis, quality engineering, and ServiceNow expertise to strengthen platform reliability and upgrade readiness.

You'll translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testable outcomes. A major focus is designing and maintaining automated ATF tests and validating release readiness in a collaborative, remote

Qualifications

3 years of experience in business analysis, software quality engineering, test automation, or related fields.
2 years of hands-on ServiceNow testing experience, incl. ATF and regression testing.
Experience turning business needs into measurable acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP, integrations, workflows, and data changes in ServiceNow.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Elicit and validate business needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow enhancements.
Design, build, maintain, and execute ATF test suites across forms, lists, workflows, and integrations.
Assess release readiness, analyze defects, and ensure test evidence supports go/no-go decisions.
Coordinate UAT with product owners and stakeholders and maintain traceability throughout releases.
Improve test automation, reduce escaped defects, and promote reusable quality practices.
