Job summary

DMI, LLC seeks a combined Business Analyst and Tester for a ServiceNow service management program supporting the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms. The role blends requirements work with automated testing using the ServiceNow ATF framework to prove delivered functionality.

You will elicit and refine needs, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain the automated regression suite across releases while coordinating with business users and technical teams in Washington, DC. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• ITIL certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ServiceNow ATF for automated testing.
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to develop test plans, tests, and traceability to requirements.
• Experience supporting UAT with non-technical business users.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to obtain security clearance for U.S. Senate facility access.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support business process and system analysis and improvements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automated tests using ATF.
• Develop test plans, scripts, and regression tests for releases.
• Execute functional, integration, and data testing mapped to requirements.
