Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree and ITIL certification required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in analysis and testing.
• Proficient in ServiceNow ATF for automated tests.
• Ability translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience planning and executing tests; UAT with business users.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Willingness to undergo government background investigation and security checks.
