Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator / Automation Analyst in the United States (New York area) to support and advance the ServiceNow platform. The role blends hands-on administration with AI-enabled service improvement and workflow automation.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions, enhance employee experience through Employee Center/Service Portal, and contribute to ongoing platform enhancement and testing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and platform support.
• CSA certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with ITSM and core platform configuration.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled service improvement and self-service initiatives using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Design, build, and enhance Service Catalog items and service workflows.
• Configure Employee Center and Service Portal and improve UX.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub and APIs.
• Create and execute test plans and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and ITSM functionality.
• Document processes, testing, and outcomes for stakeholders.
