Job summary

Harris Computer in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Automation Analyst to support the ServiceNow platform, including AI-enabled improvement, automation, and ongoing enhancements.

The role partners with stakeholders to understand processes, design and test practical ServiceNow solutions, and drive self-service and operational efficiency through AI and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow administration, configuration, or platform support.
• ServiceNow CSA certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with ITSM and core platform configuration.
• Experience with Virtual Agent or AI-enabled self-service and automation capabilities.
• Experience applying generative AI/conversational AI in IT service environments.
• Experience with Flow Designer/workflow automation.
• Experience building and configuring Service Catalog items, service request workflows, forms, approvals, and related fulfillment processes.
• Experience with Employee Center and Service Portal customization; knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow forms, fields, tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and related functionality.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
• Experience creating and executing test cases and supporting UAT.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• General understanding of ITSM and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled service improvement using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Design and enhance Service Catalog items and service workflows.
• Configure Employee Center and Service Portal, including widgets and UX improvements.
• Enable cross-platform integrations via IntegrationHub and APIs.
• Translate stakeholder needs into process flows, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Administer and enhance the ServiceNow platform and ITSM capabilities.
• Create and execute test plans and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Support releases, upgrades, and deployments.
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Leverage data for continual improvement.
