Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator / Automation Analyst to support AI-enabled service improvements, automation, and enhancements of the ServiceNow platform. The role blends hands-on admin work with AI-driven workflow optimization and business analysis to streamline processes and improve self-service.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions, manage catalogs and workflows, and contribute to ongoing platform

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration, configuration, or platform support experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification or equivalent practice.
• Experience with ITSM and core platform configuration.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled self-service and automation capabilities.
• Experience applying generative AI or AI-assisted workflows in IT service environments.
• Experience Flow Designer and workflow automation, identifying opportunities to simplify processes.
• Experience building and configuring Service Catalog items, service workflows, forms, approvals, and fulfillment.
• Experience with Employee Center/Service Portal customization and web tech like JavaScript/HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled service improvement and self-service initiatives using ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Flow Designer, subflows, and Integrations.
• Design and enhance Service Catalog items, service workflows, and fulfillment processes.
• Configure Employee Center and Service Portal with widget improvements.
• Coordinate cross-platform automation and integrations using IntegrationHub and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform and ITSM functionality.
• Create and execute test plans and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Assist releases, upgrades, and post-implementation activities.
• Document processes, testing, and user guidance for stakeholders.
