Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and enterprise integrations.

The candidate should have strong experience leading solution design workshops, defining technical architecture, developing implementation roadmaps, and providing platform governance across large-scale ServiceNow environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations.
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Design and govern Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) capabilities, including:
  • Space Management
  • Reservation Management
  • Workplace Visitor Management

  • Employee Experience workflows
• Design and implement Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities, including:
  • Asset lifecycle management
