Job summary

SoftPathTechnologies seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect (WSD, EAM, ITSM) for a 6+ month contract in Dallas, onsite from Day 1. Requires 12+ years of Experience and strong expertise in ServiceNow modules and integrations.

The role includes leading solution design, architecture governance, and platform modernization, mentoring teams, and driving best practices across WSD and EAM engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder collaboration and design leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations.
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Design and govern Workplace Services including Space Management, Reservation Management, Workplace Visitor Management, Workplace Case Management, and Employee Experience workflows.
• Design and implement Enterprise Asset Management capabilities including Asset lifecycle management, preventive/corrective maintenance, work order management, inventory/parts management, and vendor/contract integrations.

• Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations.
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.
