Job summary

SoftPathTechnologies seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). You will architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations, leading design workshops, defining technical architecture, and driving platform governance.

The role requires 12+ years of experience, hands-on leadership, and a track record of large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture and ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven ability to lead solution design workshops and capture business requirements.
• Experience delivering governance, roadmaps, and architecture artifacts for large-scale ServiceNow programs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations.
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical architecture and roadmaps.
• Define enterprise data architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance.
• Create HLD/LLD and architecture diagrams; mentor teams and conduct health assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and platform modernization.
