Qualifications

• Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations.
• Lead design workshops translating business requirements into architecture and roadmaps.
• Define enterprise data architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews and code reviews across engagements.
• Mentor developers, consultants, and technical leads.
• Drive platform modernization, upgrades, and adoption of best practices.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Create HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and design documents.
