Job summary

SoftPathTechnologies is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The role focuses on designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, leading architecture initiatives, and delivering integration strategies across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB and beyond.

You will mentor developers, run architecture reviews, collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, and guide platform modernization from day one in Dallas, TX onsite.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with ServiceNow and architecture.
• Hands-on WSD and EAM implementations required.
• Experience leading enterprise integrations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and integrations.
• Lead workshops and translate requirements into architecture roadmaps.
• Design Workplace Services features: Space, Reservation, Visitor, Case, and Employee Experience workflows.
• Deliver EAM solutions: asset lifecycle, maintenance, work orders, inventory, vendor integrations.
• Define data architecture, integration strategies, and governance.
• Create high/low level designs and technical documents.
• Mentor developers and conduct architecture/code reviews.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and delivery teams.
• Drive platform modernization and best-practice adoption.
