The role focuses on architecture, integration, and platform adoption, ensuring data security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise IT strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ITSM architecture and development.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules.
• Strong REST/SOAP integrations and JavaScript experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions.
