Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior ServiceNow architect to lead end-to-end solutions across ITIS, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC modules in a Chicago-area environment. The role emphasizes governance, security, performance, and scalable integration with enterprise tools.

You will mentor development teams, define standards, and communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while staying current with ServiceNow releases and new features.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITIS, ITOM, HRSD, GRC.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data models, scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITIS, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC.
• Lead technical governance, ensuring best practices, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with business process owners, architects, and developers to design integrated workflows.
