Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Oakland seeks a Senior Architect/Consultant with advanced ServiceNow expertise, including FedRAMP implementation, security, authorization, and continuous monitoring. You will lead architecture design, integration, and large-scale deployments for federal or regulated environments.

You will mentor teams, translate requirements into detailed designs, review estimates, and ensure ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Architect/consultant.
• Strong knowledge on ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation.
• Knowledge on FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
• Experienced in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, architecture level configurations.
• Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development.
• Expertise ServiceNow deployments and integrations with third-party tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and transformation programs in ITSM/ITOM/FSM/CMDB.
• Review requirements to ensure detailed, accurate estimates.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge with the team.
• Design technical solutions and best practices based on customer requirements.
