Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive solutioning and client engagement across the US market. This role partners with sales and delivery to craft innovative, value-driven solutions and articulate TCS's value proposition to executive stakeholders.

Experience as a Senior Architect/consultant and strong ServiceNow expertise are required to lead end-to-end implementations and transformations in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Senior Architect/consultant on ServiceNow implementations.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB transformations and ITIL alignment.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform assessment, security and monitoring.
• Ability to design, review and guide end-to-end transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning, client engagement and pursuit leadership in the US market.
• Partner with sales and delivery to craft value-driven ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical direction, review development work and enforce standards.
• Mentor teams, design architectures and ensure successful deployments.
