Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and guide the implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HAM, SAM, SPM, and related modules. You will drive architecture, governance, and integration strategies with a focus on value, performance, and scalability.

Strong leadership, deep ServiceNow expertise, and hands-on capability across scripting, integrations, and platform upgrades are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• At least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
• CAD/CSA/CTA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
• Define architectural vision and roadmap for implementations.
• Oversee customization, configuration, and scalability.
• Architect integrations with LDAP, AD, SAP, and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Lead upgrades and platform enhancements with minimal disruption.
• Develop documentation including diagrams, workflows and guides.
• Hands-on development for patterns, discovery schedules, probes, sensors and event rules.
