Job summary

Value Innovation Labs Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end CMDB architecture, focusing on data models, CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules, while driving data quality and governance across the platform.

You will guide integration with ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and other enterprise platforms, oversee Discovery and Service Graph Connectors, and provide technical leadership to developers and implementation teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, with a primary focus on CMDB and configuration management.
• Lead CMDB architecture, implementation, maintenance, and optimization initiatives.
• Define and implement CMDB data models, CI classes, relationships, identification and reconciliation rules.
• Establish and maintain CMDB data quality, governance, health dashboards, and compliance standards.
• Drive adoption and implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and other enterprise platforms.
• Oversee ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Graph Connectors to improve configuration data accuracy.
• Define architectural standards, technical roadmaps, design patterns, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT operations, infrastructure teams, and application owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and guidance to ServiceNow developers and implementation teams.
• Troubleshoot complex CMDB-related issues and develop strategies to improve data completeness, accuracy, and reliability.
