Qualifications

• Ability to manage data architecture and integration strategies.
• Experience with AI features in Now Platform.
• Proven client engagement and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews and advisory sessions with customers.
• Define platform roadmaps and sequencing workflow adoption.
• Guide data architecture, integration strategy, and data model alignment.
• Advise on AI capabilities including Now Assist and AI Agents.
• Deliver accelerators to support platform strategy and adoption.
• Maintain governance frameworks and health metrics.
• Identify and remediate technical debt and risks.
• Engage customers through executive conversations.
