Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a ServiceNow Engagement Manager in Santa Clara, CA (Remote). You will guide delivery teams, own a workstream, and drive project execution in line with best practices, collaborating with partners and customers to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities include governance, risk, and financial management, mentoring teams, and applying Now Create methodology to ensure long-term customer success. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving.
• 5 years progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Industry domain expertise in workflow.
• Creativity with ability to run projects independently.
• Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Experience working collaboratively.
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
• Applies AI tools to streamline workflows and generate insights.

Responsibilities

• Guide the delivery team throughout the engagement, collaborating with a services partner.
• Own and manage a single workstream.
• Execute small to medium-sized projects aligning with best practices.
• Coach and mentor Service partners and Associate Engagement Managers.
• Lead the delivery team often in collaboration with a services partner.
• Manage governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting and financials.
• Engage with Sales, Account Team, partner and customer to understand goals and value delivered.
• Align deliverables with customer goals and Now Create methodology.
• Be the single contact to encourage collaboration and customer agreement on solutions.
• Mentor team members to achieve deliverables and desired results.
• Identify gaps between actuals and plan, proposing solutions.
