AHEAD is seeking a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant with a focus on AI and agentic capabilities to architect, design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform — including Now Assist, AI Agents, and GenAI-enabled process automation.

You will drive a collaborative team, mentor other developers, and ensure delivery quality while owning the overall outcome of projects. The role emphasizes governance, ROI, and staying current with evolving AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform with demonstrated AI/agentic capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agents).
Expertise across at least two ServiceNow process areas with applied AI/automation experience.
Advanced development skills on ServiceNow, including scripting for AI Agent configuration and workflow orchestration.
Strong communication and leadership, travel up to 15% as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams to deploy AI/agentic solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including Now Assist and AI Agents.
Guide complex programs delivering AI-enabled IT services and cross-functional IT capabilities.
Architect and design AI/agentic solutions, including prompt design and governance frameworks.
Create deliverables such as AI adoption roadmaps and use-case business cases.
Lead client demos and workshops showcasing GenAI and agentic capabilities.
Coordinate integration of ServiceNow AI with third-party tools and enterprise systems.
Mentor team members and act as escalation point for AI/agentic delivery matters.
Stay current on ServiceNow AI roadmap, pursue certifications, and drive governance.
