Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Senior Director, AI Engineering to lead the engineering org behind the AI platform foundation used across Now Assist, AI Control Tower, and Agent Fabric. You will own platform AI strategy, model orchestration, and the enterprise architecture that powers AI at scale.

You will drive governance, reliability, and security for AI pipelines, overseeing global teams of platform and data engineers and data scientists across the US and India.

Qualifications

• Experience owning ServiceNow Platform AI capabilities alongside non‑platform AI ecosystems.
• Experience architecting enterprise AI infrastructure, including LLM integration and MLOps pipelines.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams and influencing executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Platform AI and governance across AI products.
• Extend governance to hyperscaler AI services and third‑party providers.
• Drive enterprise LLM strategy, including orchestration and fine‑tuning.
• Architect AI infrastructure with GPU/TPU acceleration and confidential computing.
• Define enterprise AI engineering strategy and standards.
• Own AI-ready data foundation and data quality standards.
• Own AI Security & Observability with IAM controls and telemetry.
• Build and scale a global team of platform engineers, data engineers, and data scientists.
• Influence executives on AI infrastructure investment and build‑vs‑buy decisions.
