Job summary

LTIMindtree in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a ServiceNow Principal Engagement Manager to lead large, cross-functional engagements across customers and partners. You will drive governance, risk, resourcing and outcomes while ensuring alignment with client goals.

You will mentor and lead a delivery team on complex programs, collaborate with services partners, apply Now Create methodology, and focus on long-term customer success through clear, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decisions or problem solving.
• 12 years progressive experience in a professional services environment or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Industry domain expertise in insert workflow.
• Creativity with comfort running projects independently.
• Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Experience working collaboratively.
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
• Independently leverages AI to optimize workflows and tailor customer solutions.
• Articulates AI system design and ethical implications clearly for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, high-risk engagements with multiple workstreams and partners.
• Governance, timelines, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials oversight.
• Mentor and lead Senior/Associate Engagement Managers in complex projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Team, partner and customer to understand challenges and value delivered.
• Apply Now Create methodology to deliver outcomes and promote customer success.
