Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to design and govern the technical strategy across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and integrations. You will lead roadmaps, define best practices, ensure scalability and security, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders during large-scale digital transformation.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on ability to drive platform health, releases, and new technologies such as GenAI, AiOps, and ChatBot.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (9+ years) in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• Expertise in ITSM, HRSD, Custom Apps and integrations.
• Strong scripting and web services experience (REST/SOAP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• CS A/CIS certifications required; CTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Develop architecture, standards, and a roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Solution Design & Governance: Lead complex designs, define best practices, enforce governance across modules.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, conduct reviews, mentor teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to present solutions.
• Platform Health & Performance: Ensure instance health, manage technical debt, implement improvements.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on releases, drive adoption of new features.
• Integration & Security: Oversee complex integrations and ensure platform security compliance.
