Job summary

Visionary Innovative Technology Solutions LLC in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to define enterprise-wide target-state visions and lead modernization of ITSM and ITOM. The role focuses on deploying Now AI capabilities and integrating across Catalog, CMDB, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.

You will establish CMDB governance and drive scalable platform architecture, leveraging Now Assist, Generative AI, and AIOps.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-wide Now Platform architecture expertise.
• ITSM and ITOM experience including Discovery and Event Management.
• Experience with Now AI and automation features (Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, NLU Virtual Agents, Agent Assist, AIOps).
• Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Integration Hub, CMDB, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
