Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Experience leading ServiceNow development teams in a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, Architect Lead, or Engineering Manager capacity.
• Experience coaching and mentoring sessions, skills development and upskilling initiatives.
• Experience assigning, prioritizing, and overseeing work across multiple developers.
• Proven ability to hold engineers accountable for quality, delivery, and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of upgrade, release, and testing cycles for ServiceNow platforms.
• Lead upgrade testing, production rollout activities, and go/no-go decision processes.
