Job summary

This Senior Technical Consultant role focuses on AI capabilities across the Now Platform, driving end-to-end AI-enabled solutions, mentoring teams, and guiding stakeholders in complex agentic workflows while ensuring secure, governed deployments.

You will lead AI delivery across multiple product suites, extend AI capabilities, and contribute to governance, evaluation, and best practices to achieve measurable business

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the ServiceNow domain with hands-on AI-enabled solutions in production.
• Deep knowledge of Now Assist, AI Agent Studio and related AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business outcomes into secure, governed AI solutions within the Now Platform.
• Lead AI enablement across product suites and mentor junior developers.
• Develop AI features, prompts, tool definitions, and agent orchestration.
