Job summary

Origence in Irvine, CA seeks a ServiceNow Administrator/Architect to lead administration and optimization of our newly implemented ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM. You will partner with an external implementer to configure and deploy, drive platform strategy, and become the internal SME as we scale.

The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, manage roles, data integrity, and compliance, while automating processes and building dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages used within ServiceNow.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, LDAP, and other integration technologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and maintain ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM modules.
• Develop and support custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and UI actions.
• Oversee platform updates, patches, configurations, and daily maintenance.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and automate manual processes.
• Design dashboards, performance analytics, and scheduled reports for decision-making.
